I joined Theta in March as the Campaign Manager. Prior to Theta , I was in the service industry. During my tenure at Theta , I helped the company structure meetings ,achieve employee goals, and strive for success. I am a graduate of Auburn University Montgomery ,where I majored in physical education and psychology. I currently live in Orlando, Fl. When I'm not busy you can find me spending time with my family.

Sydney Matthieu currently holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology with a certification in life coaching. She has 8+ years experience in customer service and human resources with 6 of those years in managerial positions. With now 2 years sales under her belt she aspires to greater heights! Sydney always aims to help where she can in the company. No one can be a great leader without genuinely caring about the success of their team.
